None of your dialogue choices affect your relationship with her.Īfter your conversation, you get a cutscene (that’s right, this is a two-cutscene chapter, folks), which sees you fusing with Sothis to break out of the darkness (bid Sothis farewell because this is the last you’ll see of her). After Solon enacts the hilariously named Forbidden Spell of Zahras, you see a cutscene of your students in the wake of your disappearance, then you cut to a scene with Sothis in her throne room. Once she’s defeated, you get a cutscene, and you finally get to see what Those Who Slither in the Dark have been plotting all this time. She is not hard to whittle down, but she has high avoid, so don’t get cocky. Unlike most commanders, Kronya will approach you if you go within range, so just be ready when you head into the altar area. Magic users can fill in as needed, but if you have multiple healing units, it might be best to put two in the field so each can follow a different squad as you advance down the battlefield. The giant clump of trees in the center of the map will only slow you down if you try to trek through it toward Kronya, so split your forces and mow down enemies in your path on either side of the forest.ĭemonic beasts can be a nuisance if you don’t send enough effective forces against them, so send your lance users left and your sword users (namely Byleth) upward. The Sealed Forest is, as the name implies, riddled with forest squares. This battle is split into two phases, separated by a cutscene that is triggered once you defeat Kronya (Spoiler: she’s not the main boss of this battle - Solon is). On the day of the mission, your house leader approaches you to let you know that Jeralt’s killer has been located in what seems to be a trap, and they urge you to take the class and pursue the enemy. You'll be battling in a town, so be sure to make use of the gardens for cover, and try to keep your forces in a tight group to prevent flank attacks from the sides as you move up to defeat their leader, who carries a Bullion. This auxiliary battle will pit you against a group of 15 Kingdom Soldiers - mostly Mercenaries, with a few Armored Knights and a Mage and Priest thrown in. If you accept the quest, it will show up next time you choose to battle on your day off.
